What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We charge a $15 flat rate for shipping across Canada. AND YES! We offer free shipping on all orders over $250. All orders are shipped expressed and come with a tracking number. We offer the lowest free shipping minimum in Canada.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Currently we accept payments using Interac e-Transfer for those looking to buy weed online. We regret that no other payment methods are accepted at this time. Please carefully read and follow these instructions to avoid delays and ensure that your order is processed promptly.

How long will delivery take?

Typically packages will arrive at western Canadian locations within 1-3 business days and arrive at eastern Canadian locations within 3-5 business days.

Please keep in mind that we have no control over packages once they leave our possession and are in the custody of our Carrier. Please be patient as we cannot affect the time that shipping takes and be confident that your package will arrive as swiftly as possible.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

100% YES! All of our members information is stored in secure, SSL 256 bit encrypted servers. We will NEVER provide your personal info to anyone else – ever! We use the most updated technology possible to protect your privacy and discretion. Your information will be 100% confidential and private.

How Do I Buy Weed Online?
  1. Create your free member account. You must be 19+ and located in Canada. We are very strict on this policy and there are no exceptions, we don’t sell to minors.
  2. Choose products from our Online Shop and then add them to your cart. You can always see your cart by clicking the cart icon on the right-hand side of the top menu bar.
  3. After you have reviewed the products in your cart click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button in the bottom right corner of the cart page.
  4. Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, double check your shipping details to make sure your package arrives at your correct address. Then select your payment method (Interac e-Transfer) then click “Place Order” once you’re ready.
  5. Once you place an order, you will see a receipt of your order with instructions on how to pay and complete your order. An email receipt will also be sent to you member email.
  6. Once we receive your order, and accept the Interact e-Transfer payment, we will process your order and mail it express shipping with tracking number. Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Once shipped, your expected delivery date is 1-5 business days. Shipping couriers does not ship on weekends or holidays.

Our business days are from Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and statutory holidays. Please be patient as it can take some time for us to receive payments.  Please also note that payments are processed in the order in which they are received.

When the payment for your order is accepted from Saturday to Sunday or on a statutory holiday, your order will be processed and then shipped with tracking information sent to you by the end of the next business day.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes once you place an order and once we accept the payment we will send you an invoice that will have what you ordered as well as your invoice number for reference. We will also send you an  email to let you know that your order has been shipped and your tracking number.
